LAURA TUCK successfully completing the UKCC Level 1 Coaching Award assessment.
ADAM PICKERILL achieved JUNIOR REFEREE LEVEL 2 Award passing theory and practical assessment in July 2009
ANDREW PICKERILL passed a JUNIOR REFEREE LEVEL 3 Award theory assessment in July 2009 and awaits a practical assessment to confirm his qualification.
LAURA TUCK won individual BRONZE and a team BRONZE medal at East Area Closed at Thetford on 13 December.
DAN WELCHMAN won a SILVER medal at the Littleport Youth & Senior Open Championships at Littleport on 29 November.

NICHOLAS JOHNSON & ANDREW PICKERILL finished 7th and 9th respectively at the British Championships in October.
ANDREW PICKERILL won a BRONZE medal at the Lakeland Open Championships at Kendal Judo Club on 22 August.
NICHOLAS JOHNSON won a BRONZE medal at the Littleport Junior Age Banded Championships on 05 July 2009.
NICHOLAS JOHNSON won a GOLD medal at the Peterborough Championships on 26 April 2009.
FINN LIVINGSTON won a BRONZE medal at the Littleport Mini Age Bands on 01 March 2009.
ANDREW PICKERILL won a GOLD medal at the Midland Area Age Bands on 01 February 2009.
ANDREW PICKERILL was 7th in the British Under 20 Trials in Sheffield on 10 January 2009.
TONY JOHNSON was promoted to 5th kyu in October 2009.
LUKE DAVEY-BRADSTREET promoted to 1st mon, PETER GRANGER-BROWN to 3rd mon, NICHOLAS JOHNSON to 14th mon in September.
MATTHEW WHITE was promoted to 3rd mon, FINN LIVINGSTON to 5th mon and SAM LACHMANN to 6th mon in August 2009.
ADAM PICKERILL was promoted to 11th mon in June 2009.

The next events are :
MINI AGE BANDS INVITATION on Sunday 28 February 2010 for 8 & 9 and 10 & 11 year olds.
JUNIOR AGE BANDED INVITATION on Sunday 27 June 2010 for 8 to 11 and 12 to 15 year olds.
YOUTH & SENIOR 'POINT SCORING' OPEN, (possibly with a competitive dan grading), on Sunday 07 November 2010.
Entry forms are available on the events page of this website as well as East Area and BJA websites.
Club members can also collect information and entry forms from the dojo on club nights.
Club members and parents are encouraged to support events and everyone is invited to assist in any capacity.
Please inform Ray or Ros if you are available as an official or in another voluntary capacity.
BJA LICENCE COST EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST MARCH 2008
Junior new is £21 and renewal, £20. Senior new is £32 and renewal, £31.
Players without a valid licence are not insured so should not participate.
New members must obtain licence within 4 weeks of first visit.
